The Rolls-Royce of Guitars
The body of this guitar is crafted from a single piece of stunning, ancient walnut. The neck is made of flamed walnut with a fretboard of exotic ebony, featuring fluorescent side dots along the edge.
I built this guitar with the intention of maximizing the potential of this gorgeous wood, which is why I chose a high-gloss nitrocellulose finish for the body to make the unique walnut grain truly stand out.
Construction & Sound
The guitar is equipped with pickups from the Czech maker Pavel Lokvenc, specifically a modern set of Hot Rod humbuckers. Thanks to their specific winding, the pickups offer beautiful clarity with tight bass and plenty of mids. Instead of standard fiberboard, an ebony veneer is used on the pickups, perfectly matching the luxurious design of the instrument. The hardware is by Gotoh, and the finish features a gloss nitrocellulose lacquer on the body and an oil finish on the neck, giving the neck a smooth, organic feel to the touch.
Exhibition Guitars
I built this guitar alongside another Stratocaster and a Telecaster for the Kytarová Zbrojnice LIVE 2026 exhibition, where I shared a booth with pickup maker Pavel Lokvenc from Lokvenc Guitars. I started preparing the guitars back in the summer of 2025, and they were finished this May, shortly before the show.
