Premium Materials & Handcrafting
Producing only a limited number of instruments allows me to work exclusively with top-tier wood, which I let naturally air-dry for several years. For necks, I often select quartersawn timber, which excels in maximum stability and stiffness.
Two-way Truss Rod & Carbon Fiber Reinforcements
The combination of a two-way truss rod and carbon fiber reinforcements ensures high neck stability and minimizes movement caused by changes in humidity and temperature.
Five-Bolt Neck Joint with a Rounded Heel
My custom neck-to-body joint construction ensures better access to the higher frets while providing a solid and stable connection. The rounded heel increases playing comfort.
Rear Potentiometer Cavity
A large service cavity with a backplate allows easy access to the electronics without the need to remove the pickguard. A practical solution for both service and potential modifications.
Finish
I finish the instrument bodies with traditional nitrocellulose lacquer, which allows the wood to resonate and age naturally. The necks feature an oil finish for a maximally smooth and comfortable feel while playing.
Hardware Used
I use Gotoh hardware as standard. I choose these components for their precision and high quality, which gives the instrument the necessary stability and long-term reliability.
